Application Procedure
1. Initial Nomination
Products will be entered into the initial evaluation process after nomination has been received. The Hong Kong Health Care Federation Limited (HKHCF) will prepare the official invitation letter and application form for the nominated products.


2.Endorsement Consideration
The application form and product details should be completed by the participant along with the other items listed below and returned to the HKHCF for consideration. The whole assessment process takes 4 to 6 weeks.

• 。 Completed Application Form
• 。Business Registration Certificate
• 。Application Products
• 。Any additional certification to support your application likes GMP, ISO, FDA and chemist's report etc.
• 。Letters of recommendation by doctors, pharmacists or related associations
• 。Copy of Award / certificate obtained
• 。Administration annual fee

3.Endorsement Recognition
Upon successful application, participant will be eligible for the title of “accredited by Hong Kong Health Care Federation” for a period of 1 year.
